It may be called MANchester, but the home of Mick Hucknall and the Haçienda is great fun for girls, too! If you're planning to have your hen weekend in the North West, here are five things that you absolutely MUST do while you're there.

(Remember, all of our hen party packages are available in Manchester - why not bring some buff butlers along on your Mancunian adventure, or try one of our dance classes while you're there?)

Take a spin on...The Wheel of Manchester!
Manchester's answer to the London Eye is the perfect place to start your stay in Cottonopolis. You'll get a great view of the city, along with some insider info about what you're seeing.

Have some afternoon tea at...Annies!
If you fancy a bit of cake, there's only one place to go: Annies, which won the 'Best Tea Room in Greater Manchester' award at the Manchester Tourism Awards last year. Save a scone for us, yeah?

Shop 'til you drop at...intu Trafford Centre!
Visit Manchester's website states that the rather spectacular Trafford Centre is "as much as theme park as it is as shopping centre". Not only will you have 200+ stores to choose from, you'll also have the opportunity to hit the cinema, the aquarium, countless cafés and restaurants, and - if you're so inclined - the Legoland Discovery Centre.

Catch some comedy at...Frog & Bucket!
A spot of stand-up can be just the thing to get you and the girls giggling on your hen night, and if you're looking for a laugh in Manchester, look no further than the decadesold Frog & Bucket. Over the years, the boards of the F&B stage have been trodden by John Bishop, Al Murray, Jason Manford, Steve Coogan, and many other big names.

Have a few drinks at...The Liars Club!
Rum lovers will go gaga for The Liars Club, a tiki-themed bar where exotic rums are served in pineapples, coconut shells, and even volcanoes! It's open every night until 4am, and we can't imagine a better place to end your big day in the city.
