Welcome to Entertain-Ment. This document outlines the terms and conditions under which we offer our services via this website. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We may update these terms and conditions and our website without prior notice, so please review them regularly.
Communications
By using our services, you consent to receiving communications via email, SMS, and other electronic means, in accordance with our terms and conditions. Details on how to communicate with us are provided in each email.
Eligibility
To purchase our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
- Provide a secure UK or European address for the service performance.
Price and Booking
Our services are priced in UK pounds (sterling) and euro, excluding travel costs and agency fees, which may vary. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be adjusted unless due to cancellation or travel error provided by the customer.
When booking, ensure accuracy in the information you provide. We aim to meet your requirements but cannot guarantee specific entertainers. It's vital to provide a contact number and be available on the day of the event. Review your booking confirmation details, especially the date, as a contract is formed upon payment receipt and confirmation from us.
Payment Service
A deposit is required for all bookings, with payment options including over the phone, online, via BACS, or by cheque. We process payments securely through Stripe and Worldpay. The balance can be paid in cash on the day or via BACS in advance.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations may be initiated by either party under specific conditions outlined herein. Changes to bookings may incur charges, and deposits are non-refundable except under certain circumstances such as our inability for us to provide the booked service. If the customer cancels the deposit is non refundable.
Cancellations by Us
Minor Changes: While it is highly unlikely, we reserve the right to make minor adjustments to your booking arrangements at any time. Should any changes occur, we will inform you immediately.
Cancellation or Inability to Provide Service: If we are unable to deliver the booked service due to our own errors or other reasons, we offer two options:
Option A - Alternative Service: We will propose an alternative service. If the alternative is less expensive, you will only need to cover the difference in cost. Acceptance of the alternative service, confirmed via email, phone, or SMS, signifies your agreement to a new contract under the existing terms and conditions.
Option B - Refund: In case of cancellation on our part, we will offer a refund, which typically takes up to 14 days to process. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for booking.
Cancellation Due to Inaccurate Information: If your event is canceled because of incorrect information provided by you, you will still be liable for the full balance.
Safety and Venue Suitability: We reserve the right to refuse service if the venue does not meet safety standards or is otherwise unsuitable, as determined by us. The safety of our entertainers, acts, and staff is paramount. In such cases, while the booking will be canceled, you will still be responsible for the full payment.
Cancellations by the Client
Notification: To cancel your booking, please notify us via email or phone call.
Cancellation Terms:
- More Than 14 Days Before the Event: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event will result in the loss of your deposit only.
- Within 14 Days of the Event: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will incur the full payment agreed upon at the time of booking.
Booking Accuracy and Responsibility
Accuracy of Information: You, the client, are responsible for ensuring all information provided during the booking process is accurate. This includes personal details, event specifics, and any special requests.
Service Booking: When you book a service with us, we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific person, entertainer, act, or tutor. However, we will make every effort to meet your requirements and ensure your event's success.
Communication: It is essential to provide a valid contact number for us and the entertainer or staff assigned to your event. You must be reachable at all times during the event day, unless previously arranged otherwise. We require prior telephone communication to confirm event details, and our entertainer or staff will attempt to contact you multiple times on the day of the event.
Confirmation and Corrections: Upon receiving your booking confirmation, promptly verify all details, especially the date, to ensure accuracy. If any information is incorrect, it is crucial to contact us immediately for corrections.
Payment and Booking Confirmation
Contract Formation: A binding contract between you and us is established once we receive any form of payment and confirm that we will be providing the requested service. Confirmation will be sent via email or SMS, as per your preference.
Currency and Conversion Rate: For bookings in Europe, payments must be made in Euros, using the pound to euro conversion rate effective at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified by us.
Amendments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Booking Amendments: If you request changes to your booking, such as time, location, or other details, and we cannot accommodate these changes, the deposit will not be refunded. If we can fulfill the amended request, a £10 administrative charge will apply, along with any additional travel costs resulting from a change in location.
Flexibility in Timing: The start time for your booking should allow for a 30-minute flexibility window on either side. We will provide a specific time slot for when our entertainer or staff member will arrive.
Last-Minute and Same-Day Bookings: Bookings made within 48 hours of the event will be assigned the nearest available time slot, with a request for flexibility from you. For same-day bookings, a three-hour lead time is required, though we will attempt to accommodate sooner if possible. Please contact us to confirm availability before making a same-day booking.
Price Quote Validity: Our online price quotations are valid for 7 days. If you choose to proceed with a booking after this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable. We are committed to offering an alternative service if the initially requested service is unavailable.
Deposits and Refunds
Deposit Forfeiture: Should the event not take place due to our inability to contact the client (due to incorrect contact information provided) or other errors on your part, the deposit is forfeited, and you may still be liable for any outstanding balance.
Stripper Bookings
Understanding the nature of stripper services is crucial. It's your duty to understand the definition of a stripper before making a booking. Entertainers, including strippers, are independent contractors, not employees of our company. We facilitate bookings and ensure a roster of quality entertainers. Disputes or concerns about an entertainer's performance should be resolved directly with them. Payment may be partially direct to the entertainer, reflecting their independent status.
If unsatisfied with the assigned entertainer upon arrival, you have the right to refuse service before the performance starts. No refunds are provided once a performance begins and the remaining balance has been paid to the entertainer.
Deposit and Payment Methods
Deposit Requirement: A deposit is mandatory for all our services to secure your booking.
Payment Options:
- Over the Phone: Payments can be made using various credit and debit cards.
- Online: Similar to phone payments, use your credit or debit card for convenient online transactions.
- BACS Transfer: We will provide a reference code and our bank details via email. Please inform us once a deposit has been made by emailing us back.
Payment Confirmation: Regardless of the method (credit/debit card, apple pay or BACS), funds will be debited from your account or card. We will send a confirmation email to acknowledge receipt of your payment and booking within 24 hours.
Payment Security: Our payment processes, managed through Stripe, are designed to be quick, easy, and secure. Your card issuer might conduct security checks to ensure transaction safety.
Balance Payment and Legal Obligations
Paying the Outstanding Balance: The remaining balance can be paid directly to our staff/entertainers/performers in cash on the day of the event or beforehand via BACS as per the final invoice.
Legal Contract: By making a payment, you enter a legally binding contract with us, agreeing to our website's terms.
Obligation to Pay: You are required to settle the remaining balance as agreed on the event day or via BACS prior to the event. Failure to pay on time or any overdue payments will result in additional charges and legal action. Remaining balances can be paid via credit card/debit card.
Complaints Procedure
Raising a Complaint: Should you be dissatisfied with our service, you must contact us within 48 hours post-event. Complaints received after this timeframe may not be considered.
Complaint Submission: Send your complaint via email, detailing your concerns clearly.
Response Time: We aim to address all complaints within 21 working days. There may be instances where this period extends. You reserve the right to seek legal counsel if unsatisfied with our final response.
Our Liability, Limitations and International Law
Our liability is limited to conditions outlined herein, with specific exclusions for acts of God, unforeseeable events, or third-party actions. Disputes regarding service quality with independent contractors must be resolved directly with the individual entertainer.
This website operates under UK law. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters and government actions. Any disputes are subject to UK jurisdiction.
Disclaimer of Liability: We make every effort to ensure the quality and reliability of the services provided through our platform. However, we act as an intermediary between clients and independent contractors (entertainers/performers). As such, we do not accept liability for any direct or indirect losses, damages, costs, injuries, or claims of any nature arising from the services rendered by independent contractors, or for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such contractors.
Exclusion of Liability for Third Party Actions: We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or defaults of any third parties not directly affiliated with our service provision. This includes unforeseeable or unavoidable events or situations beyond our reasonable control (‘force majeure’).
Customer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all information provided to us and to the independent contractor is accurate and complete. The customer agrees to directly address any concerns, complaints, or claims with the independent contractor, as they are solely responsible for the service they provide.
Limitation of Claims: Any claim against us by a customer will be limited to the amount of the fees paid by the customer to us for the booking in question. Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services, whether a claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Acknowledgment and Agreement: By using our services, customers acknowledge and agree that they understand the nature of this agreement and the limitations herein. Customers also acknowledge that this disclaimer does not purport to limit liability in a manner which is not permitted under applicable law, and that such limitations or exclusions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the relevant jurisdiction.

We may link to third-party websites, which are not under our control. Use of this website is at your own risk, and we disclaim responsibility for any consequences arising from its use.
